We can provide you with a fully installed, modern, insulated garden studio at a fraction of the cost of a bespoke garden building and to a far higher spec than the standard off-the-peg models offered by many of our competitors.

HOW MUCH DOES A MÖKKI STUDIO COST?

 

Bespoke garden buildings can cost upwards of £30,000. Off-the-peg models tend to use cheap materials and are often priced excluding foundations. Mökki studios are made from quality, sustainable materials and cost around £18,000 fully installed. ​​​​

 

MÖKKI MODELS OVERVIEW

There are three Mökki models called Shelter, Quad and Tube.

 

Shelter model - suited to narrower spaces with the short side facing the garden or in exposed locations where the canopy provides some additional shelter.

 

Quad model - suited to wider spaces with the long side facing the garden and the back pushed against a boundary.

 

Tube model - a combination of the two.

 

All models are available with various window and door combinations. The Quad and Tube are also available in a range of sizes. We also fit built-in desks made from oiled birch plywood for each model - this is a great way to create a seamless and ergonomic work environment.

 

All models are built to the same high-quality materials specification. The structural panels are made from CNC-cut spruce plywood which also provides a warm, natural and durable internal finish. The external cladding is an open rainscreen made from locally grown Western Red Cedar. The door and opening side windows are made by the German manufacturer Rehau. The front windows are double glazed in toughened glass. All our studios 'float' above the ground level and sit on low-impact foundations which are included in the price.
